The QA engineer will be responsible for manual and automation testing. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for Functional and Performance Testing of Cloud based, Mobile and Embedded SW products. As a QA engineer, you will be creating and/or executing end-to-end manual test cases for release validation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 2+ years of related field experience is required
Tech skills:
- Networking (TCP/IP, Routing, NAT, DNS, ARP, etc) knowledge is must
- Experience in Jira, or other bug tracking system is must
- Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac) knowlegde is preferrable
- Physical, Broadband, LAN, WLAN, WiFi knowledge is preferrable
- Protocol knowlegde such as TR-069 is preferrable
- Solid understanding of wireless technologies is preferrable
- Have time management and prioritizing skills
- Able to think broadly beyond specific test cases or requirements
- Good command of English and excellent written and verbal communication skills
